  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large head romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup croutons
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • For the Caesar Dressing:
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
  • Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F / 74°C).
  • Remove from heat, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice into thin strips.
  • Step 2: Make the Dressing
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  • Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking until well combined.
  • Step 3: Assemble the Salad
  • In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Add the grilled chicken slices on top.
  • Drizzle with Caesar dressing and toss gently to combine.
