  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the tomatoes:
  • Wash and dry the tomatoes.
  • Slice cherry tomatoes in half or slice heirloom tomatoes into wedges.
