  • ½ cup red onion finely diced
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ cup crispy bacon crumbled
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds or slivered almonds
  • ½ cup raisins or dried cranberries
  • For the Dressing:
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for a lighter option
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Vegetables:
  • Wash and chop the broccoli and cauliflower into small florets.
  • Dice the red onion finely.
  • Make the Dressing:
  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Assemble the Salad:
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, cheddar cheese, bacon, sunflower seeds, and raisins.
  • Mix in the Dressing:
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss everything together until evenly coated.
  • Chill & Serve:
